Individual Training Progress Interviews

Been quite a busy year for those involved with the Health and Wellbeing exercise training. There are regular progress interviews to discuss with individuals how they feel about their progress.
I have gotten a little behind in updating followers on everyone’s progress, had hoped to get these summer interviews posted in summer.

Each person is on a personal journey, so the training is tailored to each individual.
Everyone has a personal goal for how they would like the exercise to benefit them, and what they hope to achieve.
